We find you NIL deals, while you focus on being great.
Hometown Heroes is a sports agency representing collegiate athletes and acting as a matchmaker between athletes and businesses. We partner with student athletes to represent them through seeking and negotiating name, image, and likeness opportunities on the athletes’ behalf. Hometown Heroes Sports Agency seeks partnerships that fit the athlete’s interests, hobbies, sports, or school. We also work with aspiring agents and college students seeking to gain experience and knowledge in the sports agency and sports management industry. We believe in always chasing our dreams and want to encourage everyone to chase theirs too.

How Our NIL Process Works:
1. Initial Consultation
We take the time to understand your specific goals as a new client, whether it’s securing endorsement deals, developing your personal brand, or growing your own business. This step allows us to tailor our approach to your goals and ensures we get you in touch with the right companies.
2. Connect You With Companies
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we connect you with the appropriate industry contacts, and begin developing a strategy that allows you to meet the goals we discussed in our individual consultation.
3. Negotiate Your NIL Contract
After we have secured proposals from our target companies, we sit down with the company representatives and discuss the specifics of the proposed NIL opportunity. We have our team review the proposed contract to ensure that the proposed deal does not violate any NCAA regulations; and we will also ensure that the proposed contract is for an appropriate amount, and that you are getting the fair market value for your NIL rights.
4. Sign & Finalize
Once all parties are satisfied with the details of the proposal, it’s time for you to sign the contract for your new NIL opportunity. We will support you along the way and advocate for your best course of action in implementing the NIL agreement as set forth in the contract. This can include photo-ops, shooting commercials, making social media posts, selling or wearing specific merchandise, it all depends on what is negotiated with the endorsing company.
